Sub25 Challenge

A two-week crash course in Buddhist meditation

Starts 28th October | In Person | Free to join

The mind is a dangerous and wonderful thing - if we harness its power it can be the source of our greatest happiness; if we don’t, it can cause endless suffering.

If you’re aged 16-25, join us for a two-week crash course in Buddhist meditation. Meditate every day for two weeks and then gather for weekly in-person classes. Get to grips with the forces of your mind and learn how to make the most of your life.

You’re welcome to join for free, even if you’re completely new to Buddhism or meditation. We just ask that you commit to coming to the full programme across the two weeks.

The Challenge will include:

  • At-Home Meditations:
You will have access to daily teaching videos, systematically leading you through the fundamental principles of a complete meditation practice. There will also be guided meditations, from senior teachers, available to support your daily practice over the two weeks.
  • In-person Classes:
Meet the teachers and everyone else taking part in the challenge for a full meditation class in the shrine room at the LBC every Friday.
Three consecutive Fridays - 28th October, 4th November and 11th November - 7.15-9.30pm at the London Buddhist Centre
