Exploring our practice: Deepening together

In the heart of our lives, powerful energies are always moving around us — within us, between us, and in the world we share. The Dakini, a female embodiment of freedom, energy and transformation, invites us to meet these forces directly: to awaken to what moves through us, and to discover how our deepest commitments can become a source of liberation for ourselves and one another.
This weekend at the LBC is for women under 30 who want to come together, deepen their practice, and explore what it means to walk this path alongside one another. Through meditation, study, group discussion and ritual, we’ll enter the world of the Dakini: venturing into the cremation grounds, confronting the fears and energies that hold us back, and discovering their potential for transformation.

Meditation on the qualities of sky-like freedom, and spontaneous creativity.

Opening ritual evoking the Dakini.
Fire and Social
We'll have time to socialise together with a fire in the courtyard of the LBC.

Time to practice together, with readings.

12pm | Personal talks - the cremation ground
Short talks from the team on their personal practice.
