Day 0 – Launch Day!

Commit to growth in 2026

Despite our everyday preoccupations and hang-ups, if we look deeply, we’ll discover a world of inner richness we can get in touch with – one that leads to an infinitely more expansive, liberated life. 

Over 21 days, we’ll be intensively exploring the mind in meditation, uncovering a vision of reality, and co-creating an inspirational community.

The challenge is to: 

  • Meditate every day with the LBC
  • Come to the centre as much as you can

Join the launch morning on 3 Jan led by LBC Chair Suryagupta, followed by three Saturday meditation masterclasses with Maitreyabandhu, guided meditation every weekday morning over Zoom, and more.

Day 0 - Challenge Launch with Suryagupta

Join Suryagupta, Chair of the LBC, for a session of meditation and ritual in which we'll set our intentions for the next 21 days.

Week 1 (Days 1-7)

Weekdays: Online Morning Meditation
with Suryagupta
Mon 5 – Fri 9 Jan  | 7.30—8.30am

A vibrant, creative and consistent meditation practice is the foundation of our attempts to grow. In these sessions we'll be exploring tools to help you establish a regular practice that works.
Tuesday Class Series
with Devamitra
Tue 6 Jan | 7.15—9.30pm

Our longer evening sessions offer a chance to deepen your meditation practice and connect with others in a relaxed atmosphere.

(Separate classes for newcomers and regulars.)

with Adityabandhu and Vimoksamati
