Yoga Festival Day

Move, rest and share with others.
Fundraiser for a new women's retreat centre, Tiratanaloka

10am–3pm | Sun 31 May

Whether you've been practising for years or you're finding your way into yoga for the first time, this day is an open invitation.

Yoga is a delightful counterpart to meditation and Buddhist practice, it particularly helps us to be present in our bodies with kindness.

From dynamic movement to deep stillness, we'll journey together through practices that nourish the body, quiet the mind, and remind us of the simple joy of being in community.

Your ticket also contributes to something purposeful - we're raising funds to support a new women's Buddhist retreat centre Tiratanaloka, a space for deepening spiritual practice, going for refuge, and community for generations to come.

Event Schedule

10am | Dynamic Yoga Led by Pasadaketu
‍Begin the day with an energising practice that wakes up the body and gathers us together as a group. Open to all levels.

11am – 12pm | Sound Bath
Led by Aryavandana
‍Let yourself be held in waves of resonant sound. Lie back, let go, and allow the vibrations to wash through you. No experience needed, just arrive and receive.

12 – 1pm | Shared Lunch
Bring a vegan dish to share, potluck style.
Enjoy an unhurried hour of food and connection.

1 – 2pm | Yoga Nidra
Led by Columba
Often called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of profound conscious rest. Deeply restorative, deeply nourishing. Simply rest and be guided.

2 – 3pm | Yin Yoga & Meditation
Led by Sagaramaitri
Close the day with long, slow holds and a seated meditation to integrate everything the day has offered. Leave feeling spacious, settled, and restored.

All are welcome. All equipment provided, come as you are.
