This is a weekend retreat led by and for people identifying as LGBTQIA+. In beautiful surroundings, we’ll explore the Buddhist vision through meditation, talks, discussion groups, and ritual with a focus on inclusivity and building friendships.

This weekend will offer yoga for all levels, alongside meditation practice and a glimpse of the Buddhist vision.

The Buddha taught that whatever leads to individual growth and inner freedom is his Dharma (‘teaching’ or ‘way’). On this weekend of collective practice for 18-30-year-olds, we’ll explore creative expressions of the Dharma including ritual, music and movement, alongside meditation, Buddhist talks, and opportunities to connect with others.
