Thursday Night Class: Meditation & In-Conversation

Meeting the Buddhas

To transform the mind we need to know the mind. The fifty-one mental events provide a comprehensive map of the mind's every aspect: good, bad or indifferent. We hope you can join the Thursday evening class as we explore this extensive Buddhist teaching. We will be guided by Sangharakshita's Know Your Mind - our own teacher's exploration - and Mind in Harmony, the commentary upon it by Subhuti, the LBC's President.
Free (suggested donation £11).

Visit to National Gallery to view Rembrandt

As part of the Urban Retreat, Paramabodhi, an experienced Order Member and artist living in London, will be visiting The National Gallery to the Dutch section to focus on Rembrandt. He will also discuss his take on a Buddhist approach to art. We'll be meeting at the LBC at 3pm to travel together. In person, just turn up.
