Mindful Writing: The Keeper of Stories

Led by Aryavandana

A morning session to inspire and support writing practice. You don't need to have any previous writing experience. In this new format, an interview with a special guest precedes a live writing session on a theme. Aryavandana speaks to hospice worker Nagasiddhi on how to hear and hold other people’s stories; and listen to our own. We will then capture our own - and those of others’ – on the page. All materials provided.
Free (suggested donation £25).
