Cultivate Compassion | With Breathing Space

Mindfulness in Daily Life: Interactive Online Sessions

In this online session we explore how we can cultivate compassion; one of the key principles of mindfulness. The workshop is led by Anatavira, an accredited mindfulness facilitator and experienced Buddhist teacher. He will guide us through an ancient meditation on loving kindness, designed to cultivate compassion for self and others. He will be exploring the many benefits of developing a compassion practice; will offer a practical tool to take away and answer your questions.
