Eight Step Recovery Group for Men

Eight Step Recovery is an alternative recovery program to the 12-Step program of Alcoholic Anonymous. The program is a set of mindfulness teachings outlining a suggested course of action for recovery from addiction, stinking thinking, negative mental states, and compulsive and obsessive behaviours.

Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga

Led by Sanghasiha

Kum Nye is a Tibetan movement practice, similar to tai chi or yoga. This taster session explores simple exercises using movement, breath and awareness to release tension and develop a deeper sense of ease in both body and mind. It loosely translates as 'attention to or massage of the subtle body' and is suitable for all ages and most levels of fitness and flexibility.

People of Colour Big Weekend

At Adhisthana

This National Gathering is the biggest event on the People of Colour calendar. It is four days of practising meditation, slowing down, teachings from highly experienced practitioners of colour and connecting with one another whilst living in community.
