The Journey and The Guide
This 8-week ‘practical course in Enlightenment’ shows us how we can follow the Buddha on his journey – day by day, week by week – towards our full potential. It offers a map for understanding what spiritual practice is in essence, whatever era we live in.

The Winter Retreat 2023
The Winter Retreat is our main event of the year and the best way to experience the vision of the LBC. Travelling together to Adhisthana retreat centre in the Malvern Hills, we’ll create a new kind of community for ten days by relating to each other on the basis of our highest potential.

The Buddhas of the Bardo: Winter Intensive Retreat
‘The hour has come when energy and pure love are needed.’ An exploration of the Tibetan Book of the Dead, the famous Buddhist instructions for the progress of a person’s consciousness after death. The usual securities are stripped away, the text says; fortunately for us, Buddhas also appear. Do we know how to move towards them?
