Sub25

We offer classes for young people by young people. If you're aged 16-25, this is a great way to discover meditation and find out more about the teaching of the Buddha in a way that's relevant to your life, right here and now.

Join us every third Friday of the month at the London Buddhist Centre, 7.15–9:45pm. Our Friday classes start with meditation and are followed by a talk from an experienced Buddhist.

You can also join us for Saturday morning study seminars where we study Buddhist texts and ideas together and discuss how we can apply the teachings to our lives. These run once a month on the first Saturday of the month, from 10:15am-12:30pm.

Led by Maitrishura. 7.15–9.45pm (tea and cake until 10.30pm). In person – just turn up. For those aged 18–25. Free (suggested donation £7).
