Daytime Buddhism & Meditation Class

The Ten Fetters

We will be examining the Ten Fetters, the inclinations, attitudes and illusions we must break in order to gain full Enlightenment. Join in for our regular daytime weekly class of Dharma teaching and meditation. In person at the LBC and live on Zoom. There is also a crèche for those aged 6 months to 5 years old.
