Mindful Movement Workshop

Led by Pasādaketu

Have you ever wanted to be able to move more freely? In this class we playfully explore movement using our imagination. Movement will be inspired by tai chi, yoga, and free-form contemporary dance. Open to all, some experience of yoga or other movement practices is helpful but not essential.
