Yoga for Meditation

Join our experienced teachers for classes in a supportive and warm environment. Our Hatha yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations as a foundation for meditation practice.

Please note all our classes are now in person and you will need to book.

Our regular classes are:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
    12–12.45pm and 5.30–6.30pm
  • Saturday:
    10–11.15am and 11.30am–12.45pm
