Deepen your Yoga Practice
Led by Pasadaketu and Ruth
In this six-week course we'll be deepening our understanding of postures that are beyond the scope of most drop-in classes, such as shoulder stand, headstand, arm balances and handstands. We'll break it down step-by-step and there'll be variations available to suit each person. Inversions help to boost circulation, build strength, build confidence, improve balance and engage our sense of curiosity and play. Suitable for anyone familiar with the basics of yoga.
