Deepen your Yoga Practice
Led by Tara and Ruth
In this six-week course we'll be deepening our understanding of postures and taking time to explore elements of yoga that are beyond the scope of most drop-in classes, such as wheel, shoulderstand, headstand, arm balances, binds and more. This course is suitable for anyone familiar with the basics of yoga.
