Sub30 Summer Festival

Fri 20 June – Sun 22 Jun | In person, just turn up

The Buddha taught that whatever leads to individual growth and inner freedom is his Dharma (‘teaching’). On this weekend of collective practice for 18-30-year-olds, we’ll explore creative expressions of the Dharma including ritual, music and movement, alongside meditation, a Buddhist talk, and opportunities to connect with others.

If you've been coming along to our Sub30 Friday Class – or if this your first time coming along to the LBC – this will be a great chance to gather over a longer period to deepen our connections and our exploration of a more meaningful life.
