‘ Kiranasrī teaches meditation at LBC lunchtime classes. Kiranasrī received her first reiki initiation in the Usui Japanese tradition of natural healing from Reiki Master Bodhamayi in 2022 and level 2 in 2023. She uses light touch to relieve tension and stress and to balance the chakras (energy centres).

I am a saxophonist, composer and improviser based in London with an interest in pushing the boundaries of jazz. I collaborate with artists from the UK and Europe who occupy the area of contemporary jazz, avant-garde and free improvisation.

Pete has spent many years performing professionally in indie pop bands, having released 4 albums with Teleman and 2 with Pete and the Pirates. He's performed on later with Jools Holland and played at many festivals including the Glastonbury Park Stage.

The lessons can be for any level of ability, and can be focused either in a general way, or targeting a specific area of musical development, including learning songs, songwriting, or technique, as a few examples.
